Black Forest
Decedant moist Kirsch liquor-infused chocolate cake with
layers of cherry-infused chocolate cream filling
and homemade real whip cream.

Triple Chocolate
Layers of moist chocolate cake split with rich layers of ganache. A chocolate lover's favorite!

German Chocolate
Traditional German chocolate cake, with crunchy pecans
and sweet toasted coconut flakes.

Esterhazy Torte
Crunchy layers of hazelnut infused flour and fluffy eggwhites with a rich nougat buttercream filling.

Dobos Torte
Layers of yellow cake split with nougat buttercream.
Iced with buttercream frosting.

Sacher
A famous cake from Vienna, Austria. Dark chocolate cake with thin layers of apricot or raspberry jam, covered in chocolate ganache.

Opera
Fluffy, light yellow cake layered with creamy chocolate and
espresso buttercream. Covered in chocolate ganache and
buttercream ornaments.

Strawberry Shortcake
Yellow cake split with fresh strawberries
and whipped cream.

Napoleon
Light and flaky French pastry dough stacked between layers of whipped custard cream.

Bienenstich
A traditional Austrian-German pastry with layers of sweet yeast dough and light whipped custard-cream.
Topped with slivered almonds.

Tiramisu
Creamy mascarpone cheese, whipped cream and delicate lady finger cookies soaked in coffee and Amaretto. Sprinkled with cocoa powder.

Fruitslice
Delicious Angel food cake with light
custard créme and fresh fruits.

Éclair
The classic sweet treat! Light, airy dough filled with
smooth custard cream and topped with rich chocolate.

Marzipan Torte
Moist yellow cake with layers of raspberry filling and marzipan flavored buttercream. The cake is covered with a thin layer of marzipan and finished off with a layer of chocolate ganache. Topped with marzipan decorations.

Rumball
A little bit of everything! A sponge cake base with raisins, pecans, rum flavoring and buttercream, covered in chocolate ganache.
